- *Key Responsibilities
- *Design & Programming
- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for furniture components.
- Prepare CNC-ready files using software such as:
- AutoCAD
- ArtCAM
- VCarve
- SketchUp
- Generate toolpaths, nesting layouts, and machining strategies.
- Optimize designs for production efficiency and minimal material wastage.
- *Machine Setup & Operation
- Operate flat bed CNC routing machines for cutting, engraving, and 3D carving.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and work coordinates accurately.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds, and speeds based on material.
- Perform trial runs and fine-tune programs for precision output.
- *Production Execution
- Execute jobs on
- *HDF, plywood, MDF, and solid wood**

- Ensure high precision and superior surface finish for premium furniture.
- Maintain consistency across batch production.
- *Quality Control
- Inspect components for dimensional accuracy and detailing.
- Ensure designs are executed exactly as per drawings and client requirements.
- Coordinate with polishing and assembly teams for final finishing.




- *Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Monitor tool wear and replace tools when required.
- Diagnose and resolve minor CNC and programming issues.
- *Coordination & Workflow
- Work closely with designers, production team, and supervisors.
- Interpret client drawings and convert them into production-ready CNC files.
- Support new product development and prototyping.
- *Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years experience

nin CNC design and operation (woodworking preferred).n
- Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming.
- Hands-on experience with
- *flat bed CNC routers**

- Knowledge of:
- Tooling and machining parameters
- Nesting and material optimization
- 2D and 3D CNC work
- Ability to read technical drawings and convert them into CNC programs.
- *Preferred Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / CNC / Woodworking.
