About the job

Role: Customer Support Associate (Night Shift | Mumbai)

Job Details:

1. Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office | Non-sales role
2. Location: Mumbai
3. Salary: Up to 35,000/month (based on last drawn)
4. Shift: 5 days/week | 2 rotational offs | Pure night shift

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails for US-based customers.
2. Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide accurate information and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
5. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
7. Meet quality benchmarks, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction scores.
8. Adapt to different customer scenarios while maintaining a calm and professional tone.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall team goals.
