Key Responsibilities ? Capital Sourcing: Leverage networks across Family Offices, UHNIs, and AIF Category II Funds to raise capital via Structured Debt/NCDs (Target Yield: 16–18%). ? Investor Presentation: Refine and strengthen the Investment Memorandum, showcasing execution track record and zero-default history. ? Investment Narrative: Position the company’s strong repayment track record and asset-value potential effectively to investors. ? Capital Optimization: Design strategies for refinancing existing credit into efficient long-term structured instruments.



? Governance Transition: Support compliance alignment and readiness for institutional-grade due diligence (MCA 2026 framework).
