Role: Data Analyst – Social Media & Political Campaigns (Punjab)

n

This is a full time, in office role for a Data Analyst who will work closely with media, digital, and campaign teams to analyze public sentiment, optimize campaigns, and drive data-backed decision-making.

n

We are looking for someone with experience in elections, political consulting, or government projects in Punjab, who understands how data influences narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze social media performance, campaign reach, and audience engagement metricsn• Track and interpret public sentiment, political trends,



and voter behaviorn• Work with media teams to optimize content strategy using data insightsn• Build dashboards and reports for campaign performance trackingn• Monitor real-time campaign data during elections or major initiativesn• Use data to identify high-impact regions, demographics, and messaging gapsn• Collaborate with PR, content, and on-ground teams for aligned strategyn• Conduct competitor and narrative analysis across political partiesn• Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and actionable insights

Requirements

n

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in media/political domainn• Prior experience in election campaigns, political consulting firms, or Punjab government projects (highly preferred)n• Solid knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)n• Understanding of social media analytics & digital campaign metricsn• Ability to interpret large datasets into clear strategic insightsn• Familiarity with Punjab’s political landscape and voter behavior
