Role Overview
Title: High-Ticket Sales Closer (Remote) – Fitness Coaching Industry
Compensation: ₹30,000 Base + 10–20% Commission (₹1–3L/month potential)
Location: Fully Remote
Experience Required: 1–3+ years of High-Ticket Closing
Role Description
You will take inbound appointments from leads who have already shown intent by booking an appointment.
Your mission: Diagnose → Pitch → Close.
Nothing else.
This is a performance-driven role where your earning potential is entirely in your hands.
What you'll do :
- Take 3–6 high-intent sales calls per day
- Close prospects into 30k–1L fitness coaching programs
- Follow a proven script + objection management frameworks
- Track pipeline on CRM
- Hit daily, weekly, monthly revenue KPIs
- Learn rapid and improve closing % rapidly
- Attend weekly training with the head coach & sales strategist

Compensation Breakdown :
₹25-30,000 Base Salary
Commission: 10–20% based on performance
