nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a smooth hiring process.n
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, Indeed, Naukri and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining formalities.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
Excellent Communicatio0n skills
Experience in Non-IT hiring preferred.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
