Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CyberArk professional for a Senior Manager / Associate Director role within Identity & Access Management (IAM), specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM). The role involves leading end-to-end CyberArk implementations, driving PAM strategy, and managing enterprise-scale security programs.

Key Responsibilities

n
Lead design, architecture, and deployment of CyberArk PAM solutions across enterprise environments
Manage end-to-end implementation of CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA)
Drive Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategy, governance, and roadmap
Integrate CyberArk with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and third-party tools
Work on Oasis Security solutions and ensure alignment with contemporary identity security frameworks
Define and implement access control policies, credential management, and session monitoring
Lead risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives related to IAM/PAM
Collaborate with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and application teams




Mentor and manage teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines
Provide advisory on Zero Trust, Identity Security, and Privileged Access governance

Required Skills & Expertisen
Solid hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM suite
Proven experience in Oasis Security platform (or similar identity security solutions)
Deep understanding of IAM concepts, PAM frameworks, and security best practices
Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid architectures
Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR integrations
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualificationsn
CyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender/Sentry)
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
Exposure to Zero Trust Architecture and Identity Governance (IGA)
Leadership experience managing teams and client engagements

Soft Skillsn
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Solid client-facing and consulting skills
