Business and IT , playing a crucial role in converting business vision into actionable analytics solutions.nThe role requires a solid mix of business understanding, analytical mindset, and technical acumen , with working knowledge of internal tools (SAP, SQL, Oracle , Power BI)

to effectively guide and support our BI development team.

n

Purpose of the RolenAct as a bridge between Business and the Data IT team to ensure successful BI delivery.nTransform complex data into actionable insights that enable better decision-making.nPartner with function leaders and management teams to define business needs and key metrics.nSupport data standardization, governance practices, and quality validation .nDrive adoption and value realization from BI dashboards and analytics solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesnBuild a strong understanding of our business, routes to market, competition,



and growth opportunities.nGather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for the BI/IT team.nCollaborate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Operations teams to define KPIs and success measures.nGuide Power BI developers and SQL engineers with business context, data logic, and validation.nEnsure delivery of high-quality, intuitive dashboards and insights that drive measurable outcomes.nCoordinate UAT, data validation, and gap analysis.nLead adoption efforts by training business users and embedding BI in decision-making.nContinuously contribute to improving BI delivery processes and governance.

Desired Skills & Experiencen5-8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in BI/Data Analytics or related fields.nStrong understanding of Power BI and ability to review dashboards and provide constructive input.nGood proficiency in SQL for data analysis and guidance on backend logic.nExperience in Python is a plus.nProven stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior business leaders.nStrong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.nFamiliarity with agile/scrum delivery approaches is an advantage.
