The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand business challenges and design solutions that improve supply chain performance.



*Key Resposibilities:* Engage with clients to understand their supply chain requirements and challenges Lead discovery meetings to identify pain points and gather detailed requirements Present customized Relex solutions based on client needs Design and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions using Relex Prepare proposals, workflows, and use-case demonstrations Coordinate with internal technical teams to validate solution feasibility Configure and customize Relex as per project scope Guide best practices during implementation Act as a subject matter expert during sales and delivery cycles Support sales teams with technical insights during pre-sales discussions Deliver product demos and proof-of-concept sessions Prepare RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical information Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure progress and clarity Provide training and post-implementation support to clients Gather feedback to improve processes and future implementations *Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a re
