MIS customer report preparation on technology part
Work & Drive OEM for the escalated tickets
Driving Technical Knowledge Transfers & awareness session on best practices within team by proper training session
Building team and making L1/L2 self-sufficient for handle repeated faults
Rich Hands on Rich experience in administration, maintenance of Microsoft Windows Servers 2008/2012/2016
In depth knowledge of VMWare Administration and troubleshooting
Excellent Troubleshooting, analysing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process
5 Experience on Windows Vulnerabilities Assessment and mitigation via SCCM
Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCAs, documentation, Knowledge Bank.
Rich experience in handling of Implementation projects
Rich experience in solution designing, architect role for the huge & complex network environments
MCSE /MCP/ MCSA certification for Windows,
Certified ITILv3 Foundation Preferred
Conceptual understanding of Virtualization / VMware Certification would be an advantage
5 years Experience with Microsoft OCS / Lync 2010 / Skype for Business 2013.
Deploying & Configuring Microsoft Unified Communication in multi Forest & Resource Forest Model.
Ability to design, implement, and manage VoIP solutions, Microsoft Exchange, Unified Messaging Microsoft Server, and Windows Servers.
Strong technical background in the area of Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft Active Directory, Networking, Storage, and Microsoft Windows Servers
Experience with Cisco VCS Expressway will be an added advantage.
Good Administration Concepts, Event Log Monitoring ,Analysis, Troubleshooting and resolution methods on Operating Systems
Knowledge & Exposure on Virtualisation using VMware would be an advantage
Good knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Clustering, Load Balancing, Anti-virus, Patch Management .
