Major & Critical Incident Management

Participating in Build Projects

Supporting Run Projects

Change & Operational Chaneg Management

Coordinating with OEM Vendor Third Party and working on reslution of issues

ensuring Service Delivery as Per agreed SLA

Initiatives taking on Learning New Technology Certifications to meet oraganisation Goals .

Participating in preparing and sharing required reports to customer

Participating in mataining KEDB

about you

Handson Experiance on ROuting & Switching & wirelss Solutions Such Cisco , Aruba , Juniper ...etc.

Good understanding and Hands on Routing technologies like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP etc.

Good Understanding and Hands on Switching technologies like STP, RSTP, VLAN's, VPC,link aggregation ..etc

Excellent Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets.

Experience in designing POA for complex Change/Project

Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCAs, documentation, Knowledge Bank

experience in handling of Project Implementation

Knowledge on NMS & troubleshooting tools (PRIME/SOLARWINDS/DNAC etc.)

Understanding of ITIL & best practices.
