Roles and Responsibilities





1. Manage e-commerce and offline customer service support through the effective and timely use of email, LiveChat, Phone, walk-in customer support, and social media

2. Serving customers by providing the knowledge of the products and services

3. Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools

4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

5. Co-operate with warehouse team, logistics & installation partners to complete the ecommerce order cycle within timeline

6. Process and track customer returns, replacement, and claims

7.

Maintain good account health on ecommerce portals

8. Outbound calls to customer to get feedback, ratings & reviews

9. Keep records of customer interactions, produce reports and statistics regularly

10. Maintain positive & professional attitude to customers

11. Timely and accurate reporting is a must





Desired Candidate Profile





1. Should join immediately before 20th November 2021

2. Prior experience of Customer Service Competencies must. Preferred in furniture or ecommerce industry

3. Ninja-level skills with MS Excel must

4. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

5. Basic knowledge of CRM, Help Desk, Support Systems (Service Desk and ticketing systems)

6. Maintain professional business attitude and standards at all times

7. Ability to work in an organized manner & in a timely fashion

8. Good listener & a Quick learner
