JD :

Should have an excellent operational knowledge of Issuance processes and should be fully familiar with Visa and Master card compliances.

He is responsible for ensuring the implementation of end-to-end procedural / functional requirements of cards business / operational functions/digital functions in the Card management system. Should act as a function as bridge between business and IT project team in developing comprehensive requirements which include existing process/functions, process improvements, new functionalities, SRS signoff, UAT preparation, UAT-testing, post implementation system review & validation. Should be well versed with Loyalty program management system and should be able to run the bank wide loyalty program covering all businesses in coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure preparation of comprehensive functional and procedural requirements of business groups for implementation of the new products/initiatives on card management systems and its interfaces with various processes and systems.

- Review; re-engineer current processes and functions in card management system/operational processes to improve the TAT, service quality, efficiency, process integrity and banks compliance.

- Co-ordinate with various user groups for developing requirements, process improvement, UAT scripts preparation, and UAT testing and system implementation.

- Should possess complete domain knowledge of issuing operational processes

- Explore the opportunity for digitization and support the unit on the digitization initiatives.

- Manage the Banks loyalty program E2E for all segments including the migration, new initiatives from all the units / segments. Review the Business Requirement Documents, Functional specifications, Test cases review, coordinating with various stake holders within the bank like Product, Business, Technology and external vendors. Tracking of projects, reporting project status to the management.

Analyse customer complaints, Identify the gaps and implement the required controls to minimize the complaints and enhance the customer experience and engagement.

Managing system development for card business in close co-ordination with business groups (credit card business, debit cards, ATM, E-channels), IT, Credit Ops, DBC, Authorisation, FRMU, Loyalty & externally with visa, Master card and other associations / vendors.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Thorough Understanding of card management systems & switch, delivery channels and Banking systems, Card business process and procedures, Customer fulfillment processes through branches, couriers, alternate deliver channels (ATMS,POS, E-channels), adequate knowledge of Visa , Master cards compliances, technical requirements, Loyalty applications, association certification processes and complete knowledge of issuing and high level knowledge of acquiring operational processes.
