Handling GMC/ Retired policies
Coordinating for member Shortfall review and close coordination with Internal Teams like Operations, Network Team and Account for stucked Cases.
Coordinating with Brokers, Insurance Company/ HR
Interaction with Employees on Transactions like, Pre auth approvals, E- Cards, and Basic queries.
Support to clear internal operational matrices.
Min Graduation is Needed
Good communication skills
Go getter & learning attitude
Candidates having TPA/ Brokers/ Insurance experience can only apply
Exp -1- 4 yrs in same domain
Salary Range - 14 to 17k in hand with other benefits
