Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for lead generation & conversion of Homeowners looking at renting out their properties

- Responsible for strategic alliances with Co-Op societies, Builders, etc to generate leads

- Responsible for end to end management of the process of taking the properties live, basis business guidelines

- Maintaining a healthy relationship with all business stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

- Freshers & experienced both are welcome.

- Ability to handle pressure and targets

- Number driven

- Should be self motivated, proactive and have a curious mind

- Should have convincing, communication & people skills

- Relevant years of work experience Experience in Sales/BD preferred

- Good knowledge of the geography of the city

- Candidate with own Conveyance is preferred

- Real Estate Experience will be preferred

- Willing to travel

- Candidate should know how to ride a bike & should have one.
