Roles and Responsibilities

- Work alongside physicians to provide personalized care. 

- Booking Appointment with patients, Managing physician calendar and following up with patients

- Responsible for seamless patient experience 

- Calling Patients and Convincing them about our services

- Assist in care coordination of the patient experience 

- The Patient Access Rep is instrumental in helping the patient feel at ease while 

- Collaborating with the Doctor/ Physician throughout the patient's visit. 

- Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and 

- Organization tasks. Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management.

Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services. Conveys a positive image of organization. 

Additional Responsibilities 

- Provides a variety of clerical and filing duties in Sprint Medical E-Clinics 

- Duties may include photocopying, faxing, filing, maintenance, and transportation of medical records, answering the telephone, computer data entry, and other duties as assigned. 

- Billing, collection, and charge entry functions as assigned. Demonstrate customer service and team-building skills.


- Bachelors Degree 

- 0-1 Years of Experience 

- Computer troubleshooting skills is Mandatory 

- Computer Typing Skills are mandatory
