- Handle admin-related activities for all the offices of the firm.
- Keeping track of company assets
- Scheduling regular performance reviews
- Implement employee sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Point of contact for all statutory compliances
- All activities related to employee life management from onboarding to separation
- Keep track of employee engagement
- Track expenses
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be a graduate with min. 1 year of experience in handling HR/admin.
