Roles and Responsibilities
- Involved in monitoring and overseeing the budgeting & billing related activities at the project site and provide inputs to the Corporate Office during the development of the Project Budget.
- Should be responsible for monitoring the progress of the project and provide a second level analysis of budget vs actual
- Oversee the billing and collection process & execute cost planning related activities at the project site.
- Validate the BOQ calculation as per the design and contract. Preparation of Claimed Vs. Actual quantities against BOQ, Drawings and Execution for Client and Sub contractors.
- Ensure adherence to standardized reporting mechanisms and defined timelines across project.
- Prepares certificate of payment, authorizes the bills and forwards them to accounts for release of payments.
- Monitored & controlled projects with respect to Scope, cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects
- Coordinated activities like scheduling of project, monthly budgeting, monitored as per master plan, project closing and analysis of bought out materials.
- Preparation, Scrutinize / Review of Client and Subcontractor bills.
- Reconciliation of Steel, Cement, Aggregate, Raw material etc. (for all materials including free issue to S/Cs)
- Preparation of:
- Contractual claims from contract documents, site instructions, correspondence, drawing revisions and change of scope in specification & material, etc.
- Variation orders for changes in the contract scope and certification from consultant
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have in depth knowledge in sub-contractor billing, material reconciliation, change of scope with software exposure of Road Estimator & SAP
