Roles and Responsibilities

1. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

2. Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our website, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

3. Brand building: Plan and coordinate event marketing activities, build industry-wide presence, webinars, press-releases, targeted marketing campaigns and promotion over LinkedIn / other social media platforms.

4. Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.

5. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

6. Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts


Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

8. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

9. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

10. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

11. Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success

12. Evaluates emerging technologies.

13. Ensure that the brand message is consistent

Required Skills & Behaviour

- Relevant experience in website design, development and management using CMS.

- Good to have hands-on experience of working on HTML and ability to update tags etc.

- Experience in designing Corporate Presentations, Service Brochures and Videos, by engaging with external agencies.

- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the IT services industry.

- Creating and implementing websites related requirements.

- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.

- Self-motivated yet customer focused.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital strategies that engage, inform, and motivate.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour) and Experience

Google Adwords Certified

- 6 to 10 years of experience as Digital Marketer

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, SEMrush, etc.)

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools

- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

- Working knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsRoles and Responsibilities
