Job description

- Developing a business plan and sales strategy.

- Responsible to generate and develop channel sales.

- Managing primary, secondary and tertiary sales.

- Dealer management & scheme communication.

- Ensure proper service for customers satisfaction.

- Responsible for the performance and development of the sales executive.

- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

- Maintain contact with all dealers to ensure high levels of dealer satisfaction.

- Recruits and hires and provides training to sales executives.

- To maintain hygiene in a territory Stock Replenishment to carry out promotional activities.

- Appointing new dealers Customer-centricity .

Required Candidate profile

- Good Communication Skills.

- Mandatory Mobile sales experience.

- Hard-working & Ready for relocation.

- Good knowledge of excel, power point & presentation.

- Ability to lift business and work under pressure.

- Ability to handle team, appoint stockiest, retailers and distributors.

- Qualification Graduation/Post-Graduation-MBA(Marketing)

- Age Limit: 23 to 30 Years.

- Experience - 3 to 5 Years of experience in Telecom Sales.
