In this role, you will lead timely, accurate and professional operational support to internal and external partners. You will provide day-to-day support capabilities for business-to-business (B2B) partners that together elevate Targets digital business.


Mange partner service and support for incoming requests via multiple communication methods: examples may include email/case management and calls

Independently own and manage the returns disputes and payment disputes processes for over 250 US Sellers

Ensure accurate processing of return disputes for Target Plus Sellers to ensure accurate and timely payouts

Drive initiatives independently and work with peers and leads to improve process efficiency in partner communication

Directly work with the Centralized Returns Center in Indianapolis to streamline the guest return process

Respond to and resolve partner questions and issues through incident recognition, research and isolation, resolution, escalation and follow up

Ensure communication of changes in process with the global team

Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with team leaders towards implementation


Education Expectations: 3 year degree or equivalent

Job Related Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience

Prior experience in digital commerce / retail

College degree or equivalent work experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize

Willingness to embrace ambiguity and remain flexible

Ability to multi-task with a high sense of urgency and initiative

Detail oriented

Naturally curious; enjoys researching root issues

Strong interpersonal skills
