Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.

- To prepare, present and implement marketing business plan (brand plans) per promoted product on an annual basis.

- To provide strategic product direction & to create and execute product tactical plans aligned with strategy within specified time frames via the sales force and to measure quantitatively and qualitatively thereafter. Track and monitor the progress on the brand/s on a monthly basis.

- Establish strong relationships with, and draw input from, key internal functions: Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory.

- Develop strategies to enhance relationships and partnerships with Key Opinion Leader(KOL's) Doctors, Pharmacists and others.

- To maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales force and sales managers and to continually update knowledge on the product, competitors and therapeutic area.

- To achieve targets for sales, grow market share, profit contribution and market penetration for all assigned product/s (i.e. entire portfolio P&L;).

- To monitor budgets for and control allocated promotional expenditure (A&P;) for the product/s Ensure pricing for products within your area of responsibility, Manage the new product introduction (NPI) process. Planning and implementation of product launches, including HCP education, promotions, stocking, functions, etc.

- Researching and recommending new opportunities; Recommending profit and service improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Should have experience in pharmaceutical industry.

- Ability to drive projects forward, work on own initiative and with a cross-functional team.

- Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Product Development, Client Relationships

- Strong inter-personal skills with a persuasive manner, Project management skills with good planning and organizational abilities, including excellent time management skills.

- Should have process knowledge of Marketing.

- Good Communication skills
