As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will help source, screen and ensure we have qualified candidates for a variety of tech and non-tech roles. Youll work closely with the team to help improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies.
Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing, evaluating and hiring the potential candidates.
Coordinate and see through the entire recruitment process
Monthly recruitment reports on the pipelines and satisfaction level of candidates
Source potential candidates using various sourcing platforms like Social Media, LinkedIn and using innovative techniques.
Building rapport and collaborating with Hiring Managers through the open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages
Build expertise in deep domain knowledge, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation
Involved in pipeline generation, reporting and management, building hiring strategies, interview process management, offer management, and building and maintaining relations within the hiring Managers and Panel
Involved in the delivery of hiring requirements. Meets metrics goals for candidate pipeline
Escalates issues to manager. Makes trade-offs: time vs. resources (efficiency vs. customer experience).
Uses internal and/or external sourcing tools, mechanisms and search logic to generate candidates.
5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
3 years in Technology, Product and Design recruiting experience
An expert level of knowledge in all recruiting components
A passion for story-telling
Strong stakeholder management and commitment to continuous improvement
Experience in direct sourcing and recruitment experience in a corporate or consultancy (Start up experience is preferred)
Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.
Working knowledge of various social media recruiting and should be aware of current market trends.
Maintain positive relationships with all customers including candidates and hiring managers
Work under tight deadlines towards targets/goals.
