Job Description

Role and Context

Were growing fast and are looking for a talented content marketer to join us. As part of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and developing content across our focus verticals and helping to define messaging and storytelling through use cases. In this role, youre familiar with developing content that spans both technical and business audiences and you are familiar with communicating and messaging business value. You will be instrumental in helping to elevate our messaging to the C-level audience specifically to create content that resonates with CXOs.

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will produce a wide range of materials including content assets such as ebooks, infographics, interactive units (ROI Calculators) white papers, as well as copy for landing pages, demand gen and ABM campaigns, and digital/social media assets. Youll be a key driver of content strategy and development within a cross-functional team - working closely with product marketing, demand generation, product and design teams to create and deliver content that drives engagement at various stages of the funnel and ultimately drives conversion and results.

Key Responsibilities

Establish what Smart Talent Engagement means for our business and customers, and translate that into content and assets that articulate that story in compelling, engaging ways for prospects and customers

Produce a body of compelling, relevant content to tell Senses Talent Engagement story through the lens of our target personas and verticals

Develop content designed to engage C-Suite audience including CEOs, CHROs and CIOs at enterprises and organizations that are looking to hire top talent and grow their business

Drive the creation of various types of demand marketing content to support a rapidly growing business

Ensure material is technically accurate, creative, and aligned with our messaging and voice guidelines - be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, terminology, writing, and style.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, campaigns, design and brand


Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

4-6 years of experience developing content for B2B

Solid understanding of both technical and business value content and messaging. (SaaS, HR Tech, marketing automation - preferred)

Strong experience with a variety of content types including short/long form, interactive/digital, and video

Aptitude for analytics to guide decisions and recommendations for content strategy and roadmap - use data and research to evaluate your contents impact, and push for continuous improvement that shows real results.

Strong project management skills and experience working successfully with cross-functional teams, as well as outside agencies

An exceptional communicator who can both influence and listen to find common ground as well as write and edit clean, sharp creative messaging aligned with our brand voice

Ability to define, develop, and implement content strategy frameworks, toolkits, and guidelines, with the aim of developing world-class experiences at scale.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail

Strong work ethic with a high degree of accuracy and creativity, and follow-through

Experience working in faced-paced start-up environments and high-growth companies. A self-starter with an established track record in creating successful marketing content from start to finish
