Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Admin & Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our organization’s daily operations. This role focuses on implementing efficient processes, improving performance, ensuring compliance, and driving overall business profitability.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, optimizing systems, and ensuring all departments meet their operational and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Strategy

- Ensure all operations are executed in a cost-effective and efficient manner
- Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Improve overall organizational performance and productivity

Performance & Reporting

- Implement systems linking costs, output, and employee compensation
- Ensure timely generation of departmental reports
- Track KPIs, billing targets, and operational performance
- Analyze financial data to improve profitability

Team Management

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Develop performance-driven work culture
- Improve performance of average employees and manage underperformance
- Ensure team coordination and accountability across departments

Finance & Compliance

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Oversee audits, reporting, and financial discipline

Inventory & Logistics

- Oversee procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse efficiency




- Ensure timely delivery and optimal logistics practices
- Maintain proper documentation and approval processes

Quality & Customer Service

- Monitor quality control and production KPIs
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Identify operational issues and implement quick solutions

Department Coordination Responsibilities

- Ensure daily operational readiness (IT systems, infrastructure, backups, etc.)
- Maintain proper employee records and agreements
- Ensure accurate reporting for receivables, payables, and inventory
- Monitor billing, dispatch targets, and production performance
- Ensure timely salary processing based on report submission
- Coordinate across Sales, Accounts, SCM, and Production teams for target achievement

Requirements & Skills

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in process improvement and system implementation
- Robust financial and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in manufacturing / operations / process-driven industries
- Knowledge of compliance, audits, and quality systems
- Track record of improving operational efficiency
