The GDDS is a key delivery and competency center for Air Liquide Digital & IT organization, counting more than 350 IT professionals supporting the infrastructure, applications and data operations service lines. The GDDS is a global hub for solution expertise, solution architecture, project and delivery management, software and data engineering.
The Service Integration Manager facilitates the communication and workflow between the GDDS teams and their respective core/regional counterparts. S.he defines clear handoffs protocols between onshore and nearshore teams and the vendor teams in the GDDS, and ensures their effectiveness. S.he develops and maintains the business continuity plan for GDDS operations, including procedures for adapting and securing service delivery, and maintaining operational continuity in response to evolving needs and circumstances.
Role & responsibilities
This Service Integration Manager will drive integration across the following GIO pillars within the GDDS:
- Cloud Services: IaaS/PaaS operations (GCP, AWS, Azure), release management, and FinOps.
- Security & Compliance: IAM, secure remote access, and incident response monitoring.
- Modern Workplace: Enhancing User Experience (XLA), digital workspace, and software deployment.
- Site Connectivity: WAN/LAN, office telephony, and site security infrastructure
- Major responsiblities are :
Performance Coaching & BOT Partner Accountability:
- Drive Ownership: move the BOT partner beyond simple ticket-handling toward a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Data-Driven Diplomacy: define and monitor high-impact Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and quality of delivery.
- Performance Interrogations: lead weekly operational reviews with GDDS teams to dissect metrics, resolve systemic challenges, and identify opportunities for rapid improvement.
- Proactive Risk Management: maintain a high-visibility RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log to identify and neutralize operational blockers before they impact delivery
- Strategic Service Integration & Interface Architecture
- Blueprint Design: collaborate with global stakeholders to document and refine service delivery blueprints and RACI models that eliminate grey areas.
- Protocol Optimization: establish clear communication channels, escalation procedures, and data exchange protocols to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Conflict Resolution: act as the central point of contact to proactively resolve integration friction and ensure all parties adhere to established service protocols.
- Transformation:
- Maturity Roadmap: design and execute a Competency Maturity Roadmap that guides the GIO teams toward full operational autonomy and specialized technical expertise.
- Continuous Evolution: regularly re-engineer operational processes and interface protocols based on performance data and the evolving needs of the global business.
- Operational Resilience: develop and maintain a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
to ensure the GDDS can adapt and maintain service delivery during global disruptions
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience Required - Min 7 years of experience from IT service , GCC of Industrial set up
- Core Industrial companies , Mid size MNC with a global presence
- Must have worked on cloud platforms ( Google cloud) and Global Operations
- Proven experience working with global infrastructure operations and Cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure), including FinOps in a global context.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL, SIAM) concepts, including Incident, Problem, Change, Demand, Problem, and most critically, Service Level Management (SLM).
- Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Experience in Transition & Transformation (T&T;) phases of outsourcing contracts
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Process orientation: Solid process orientation and ability to analyze and optimize workflows.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues and conflicts effectively.
- Diplomacy and negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate and reach agreements with different stakeholders.
- Power BI and Google Sheets: Proficiency in Power BI and Google Sheets for reporting, data analysis, and creating dashboards.
