Raj Riviera Hotel is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented General Manager to lead our team in Muvattupuzha. This is a pivotal role for a professional who thrives in a high-energy setting and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving operational excellence.

The Role

As the General Manager, you will be the face of Raj Riviera, overseeing all day-to-day operations, from front-of-house service to back-end administration. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, managing a diverse team, and ensuring the property’s long-term profitability and reputation in the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Manage all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and Maintenance) to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a "guest-first" culture, personally addressing feedback and ensuring every visitor receives top-tier service.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, P&L; reports, and cost-control measures. Implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff. Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and high performance.
- Compliance & Safety:



Ensure the property adheres to all local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Marketing & Networking: Represent the hotel within the Muvattupuzha community and develop local partnerships to drive business.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership/GM role.
- Education: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent communication (English and Malayalam), and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the hospitality landscape in Kerala is highly preferred.
- Character: A natural leader with high integrity, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for the industry.
