We are looking for a seasoned Fundraising Consultant to lead a high-impact private placement initiative and support our next phase of hyper-growth .

Key Responsibilities Capital Sourcing:

n

Leverage networks across Family Offices, UHNIs, and AIF Category II Funds to raise capital via Structured Debt/NCDs (Target Yield: 16–18%).

n

Investor Presentation:

n

Refine and strengthen the Investment Memorandum, showcasing execution track record and zero-default history.

n

Investment Narrative:

n

Position the company’s strong repayment track record and asset-value potential effectively to investors.

n

Capital Optimization:

n

Design strategies for refinancing existing credit into efficient long-term structured instruments.

n





Governance Transition:

n

Support compliance alignment and readiness for institutional-grade due diligence (MCA 2026 framework).

n

Ideal Candidate Profile ✔ Solid network with HNI/UHNI investors, Family Offices, CIOs, and Wealth Managers

n

✔ 12+ years of experience in Investment Banking / Private Banking / Real Estate Finance

n

✔ Proven deal closure experience (₹25 Cr – ₹100 Cr range)

n

✔ Deep expertise in NCD structures, Section 42 compliance & security cover

n
