Role Objective

The Location Head – PL & BL will be responsible for driving partner-led sourcing across the Rest of Telangana region through acquisition, activation, and management of DSAs and connectors. The role focuses on building a high-quality sourcing ecosystem for Personal Loans and Business Loans while delivering solid regional disbursement growth.

This is a frontline leadership role with ownership of territory expansion and partner productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Partner Acquisition

- Identify and onboard new DSAs, connectors, and referral partners across the Rest of Telangana region
- Expand sourcing network for Personal Loans & Business Loans
- Build a sustainable regional sourcing pipeline aligned with monthly targets

2. Partner Activation & Productivity

- Ensure newly onboarded partners become active within defined timelines
- Support partners on login quality improvement and conversion
- Enable partners with lender program fitment and documentation guidance

Regional Business Ownership

- Drive territory-level disbursement targets
- Identify high-potential partners and scale their sourcing volumes
- Monitor productivity and implement corrective engagement plans

4. Relationship Management

- Maintain strong engagement with key DSAs and high-performing partners
- Provide day-to-day business support and escalation handling
- Improve turnaround time coordination with operations teams

5. Market Development

- Strengthen presence in underpenetrated districts within the region
- Track competitor activity and payout expectations
- Provide inputs for localized partner acquisition campaigns

Key Deliverables (Success Metrics)

- Achievement of Monthly Disbursal Targets
- Monthly partner onboarding numbers
- Partner activation ratio
- Login-to-disbursement conversion efficiency
- Expansion of productive sourcing partner base

Eligibility Criteria ✅

- 5–10 years of experience in DSA/channel sales
- Strong exposure to:
- Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- Prior experience managing Rest of Telangana Region
- Existing DSA relationships within the region preferred
- Ability to independently manage territory growth
