About the job

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
4. Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
7. Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)

6. Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
