Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Tech Lead to lead development initiatives and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and exposure to Field Service, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:





- Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 Salesforce developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prioritize tasks, manage deliverables, and ensure timely execution of projects
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices
- Provide technical guidance in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design
- Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to development standards
- Handle customer communications, including requirement discussions, demos, and issue resolution
- Support deployment activities and post-production support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in:

- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- High-level exposure to Field Service (FSL)

Proficiency in:

- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura (optional)
- SOQL/SOSL, Flow Builder
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules

Leadership & Soft Skills:

- Proven experience in leading small teams (2–3 members)
- Excellent customer handling and stakeholder management skills
- Strong prioritization and task management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.) is a plus

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

- Knowledge or exposure to Agentforce
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementations
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles
