We are looking for an experienced Data Management Specialist with a robust background in SQL, Business Intelligence, and overall data workflows. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data management systems and be able to identify and propose appropriate statistical techniques to meet the needs of our clients. As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a key role in facilitating discussions between technology and business teams to define data mapping, business requirements, and future -state data use cases.

Responsibilities

Gain a sound understanding of the client's Data Management system, SQL, Business Intelligence, and overall workflow requirements.n

<\/li>
Collaborate with technology and business teams to identify and propose suitable statistical techniques to address business and technical problems.

n

<\/li>
Facilitate discussions between technology and business stakeholders to prepare and finalize source -to -target data mapping documents for Unified & Data Mart layers.

n

<\/li>




Document Business Requirements (BRD) in the ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tool.

n

<\/li>
Prioritize and create future -state data use cases and reporting requirements.

n

<\/li>
Provide expert insights into the domain and connect them to relevant data attributes.

<\/li><\/ul>Qualifications and Skills:

n

<\/p>

n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.n

<\/li>
8 -10 years of experience in Data Management, SQL, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

n

<\/li>
Solid knowledge of statistical techniques and their application to solve business problems.

n

<\/li>
Proficient in SQL and data querying.

n

<\/li>
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and data visualization.

n

<\/li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with technical and non -technical stakeholders.

n

<\/li>
Solid analytical and problem -solving abilities.

n

<\/li>
Ability to work collaboratively in cross -functional teams.
