As a Business Management Associate within the Global Corporate Banking Business Management team, you are a strategic thinker passionate about promoting solutions in Business Management.

n

Job responsibilities

n
Support BMs and BMAs in partnership with industry and regional group heads
Act as the primary point of contact for various client data management submission/maintenance activities
Provide support across various reporting requests, ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives
Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating cutting-edge ideas and solutions
Able to quickly respond to changing business needs and urgent requests. Produce accurate, error-free analysis and reporting
Capable of synthesizing large datasets from internal systems to develop strategic conclusions
Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps

Participate in cooperative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsn
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
Excellent organization and project management skills
Intermediate-level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
Knowledge of internal JPMC systems such as party central, company IQ, Salesforce, and Dash

nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsn
Experience with Alteryx and Tableau is a plus
