Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our fashion retail store as Customer Service Associates. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily store operations to deliver an excellent shopping experience.n

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Help customers with product selection, sizing, and styling assistance.
Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and shelves are well stocked.
Support billing and checkout processes when required.
Maintain cleanliness and overall store presentation.
Handle customer queries and provide prompt solutions.




Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets.

Skills Required
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation.
Basic understanding of retail store operations.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Experience in retail/customer service preferred but not mandatory.
