The Role
We're looking for someone who leads with product thinking, builds with AI-first instincts, and doesn't wait to be told what to do. You'll own the entire tech stack, lead the team, and work directly with founders.

What You'll Do
Architect and build scalable full-stack systems across our marketplace and property management SaaS
Leverage agentic coding workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) to ship faster without compromising quality — because 46% of code being AI-generated is the current normal
Use multi-agent orchestration to automate internal workflows — testing, deployment, code review, documentation
Integrate AI/ML capabilities: smart search, automation, recommendations, and LLM-powered features




Lead and mentor a lean engineering team while staying deeply hands-on
Own the product-tech roadmap and make fast, high-quality tradeoffs with founders

What We're Looking For:
3–5 years of full-stack experience, having shipped real SaaS products (not just features)
Hands-on experience with AI/ML and LLM integration in production environments
Someone who's worked at a startup and actually understands the chaos and loves it
Has led or managed a small tech team
Knows and uses modern AI-assisted development tools vibe coding, Claude Code, Cursor not as a crutch but as a force multiplier
Thinks like a founder-engineer: architecture decisions, security, scaling, and speed all matter

Tech Stack (Preferred)
React / Next.js · Node.js or Python · PostgreSQL / MongoDB · REST / GraphQL · AWS or GCP · LangChain / OpenAI APIs · Familiarity with agentic dev workflows?
