• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Assist customers with car-related queries, pricing, and services
• Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer experience
• Maintain a friendly and skilled communication tone
• Ensure quick resolution of customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
Job Details
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (2 minutes from Vashi Station)
Shift:
Fixed Day Shift – 9 AM to 7 PM (7.5 hours working)
Working Days: 6 Days Working | Work from Office
Eligibility
18years old to max 35years old may only apply
• Qualification: HSC / Graduate
• Experience: Fresher or Experienced in customer service / BPO / voice process
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary
₹14,000 – ₹40,000 (Net Take Home)
