Role Description*

nThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Talent Acquisition qualified based in Gurugram, with flexibility for occasional work from home.n

The Lead Talent

nAcquisition specialist will oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.n

Responsibilities include driving employer branding initiatives, enhancing candidate experience,



and building robust hiring strategies to meet the company’s talent demands. The role also involves guiding hiring managers and collaborating across teams to identify and attract the best candidates for current and future roles.

Qualifications*
Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting operations
Experience in Hiring and Interviewing processes, with the ability to identify top talent
Proficiency in Employer Branding and candidate experience improvement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective collaboration
Analytical mindset to utilize data in refining recruitment strategies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with talent acquisition in startup or technology-driven environments is a plus
