Role Description We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 2+ years of experience to scale our predictive models and agentic AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will work on high-velocity data to optimize millions of dollars of Amazon Ads spend.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy ML models that adjust bidding strategies based on inventory, Buy Box status, and competitor price shifts.
Enhance our AI Copilot, Neo, using Generative AI and RAG frameworks to provide conversational, actionable insights.
Graduate from rule based automation to agent based automation which mimics human behavior
Develop forecasting models for keyword performance, seasonal trends, and budget optimization.
Own the lifecycle of your models: from data cleaning and feature engineering to production deployment using Django and Docker.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
2+ years of qualified experience in AI/ML development and full-stack engineering (e.g., React JS, Python).
Solid proficiency in Python (Pandas, Num Py, Scikit-learn).
Hands-on experience with Py Torch or Tensor Flow.
Proficient in SQL for extracting and transforming large-scale datasets.
Familiarity with LLMs (Open AI/Anthropic) and frameworks like Lang Chain or Llama Index.
Ability to work with "messy" real-world data and turn it into reliable production models.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
