Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Sales Manager at our Jamnagar location. The Sales Manager will lead business development efforts, establish strong client relationships, develop sales strategies, and manage a team to meet and exceed revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, creating proposals, negotiating contracts,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular reporting and staying updated on market trends are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Management, including business development and team leadership
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
Ability to develop effective sales strategies and meet revenue targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the manufacturing sector, especially metal components, is a strong advantage
Willingness to work on-site in Jamnagar
