About the Role
n
- Build, launch, and manage client accounts daily across Meta and Google — campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and budget fully yours
- Monitor pacing, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and frequency every day — diagnose underperformance, fix it, document it — no hand-holding
- Verify conversion tracking before any campaign goes live — Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4 — and maintain clean UTM structure, naming conventions, and event labels across all accounts
- Own Looker Studio dashboards and weekly performance summaries that interpret the data — what changed, why, and what happens next — flag issues before clients ask
- Run structured A/B tests with a written hypothesis and documented outcome — and bring your own ideas to accounts without being told what to test
- Brief the creative team on what the data says — hook rate, 3-sec view %, CTR — and turn performance signals into clear creative direction

What we're looking for
nMust-havesn
- 1–3 years of hands-on paid media experience — you have managed Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts yourself, not just observed or assisted
- Strong with data — comfortable in Google Sheets and Excel, can do pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic conditional formatting, and clean data organisation
- Understands conversion tracking — knows how Meta Pixel fires, what GTM is, how GA4 events work, and why proper attribution matters
- Can look at an account and know what to do next — reading metrics and forming a clear action plan is a reflex, not a process you need to be guided through
- Writes clearly — weekly reports and client notes should be insight-led, not just data dumps with no interpretation
- Detail-oriented — catches when a campaign is underspending, a tracking event is misfiring, or a creative has stopped performing, before it becomes a client issue
- Hunger to learn — the platforms change constantly and you actively keep up

Valuable to have

- Experience with Shopify analytics — understands product-level ROAS, checkout behaviour, returning customer rate
- D2C-specific knowledge - average order value, lifetime value, CAC, contribution margin — how the business model connects to the media strategy
- Basic understanding of how retention layers interact with paid acquisition

- Full attribution stack — from pixel setup to multi-touch modelling — so you understand what the numbers are actually telling you
- How agency operations work at a high level — how retainers are structured, how accounts are won and retained, what makes clients stay or leave
