Position Summary

nYou will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across Thrissur and surrounding areas. You will share clear, science-based information that supports better patient care. You will design and deliver a territory plan using customer insight and local needs.n

Responsibilities

nThis role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:n

- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors,



pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
- Create and deliver a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local needs.
- Share accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
- Record activity, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
- Keep learning about clinical evidence, local market trends and practical ways to improve performance.

nThis is an on-site role based in Thrissur. Regular travel within the assigned territory will be required. You will join a supportive team that provides coaching and practical feedback. Basic Qualification

nWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goalsn
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business or territory management experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.




- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam or other local languages used in Thrissur.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Right to work in India.

Preferred Qualification

nIf you have the following characteristics, it would be a plusn

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device field roles.
- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and priorities.
- Fluency in Malayalam and additional regional languages used locally.
- High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
