Role Description

nThis is a full-time, on-site Junior Associate role based in Chennai.n

The Junior

nAssociate will be responsible for performing thorough legal research, drafting legal documents, supporting senior attorneys on case preparation, and reviewing contracts and legal agreements. Additionally,



the role includes assisting in managing client communications efficiently and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.n

Qualifications

- Strong legal research and analysis skills
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and reviewing contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Indian legal and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a high-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); enrollment with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu preferred
- Prior internship or professional experience in legal or corporate environments is a plus
