About the Role

nWe are hiring detail-oriented freelancers to support an

Business Listings Project

n. The role involves researching business information online, enriching listings, generating AI-assisted content, performing multiple quality checks, and publishing listings through a CMSn

This is a process-driven, execution-focused role that requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow clearly defined SOPs. The work is structured and repetitive in nature, with a robust focus on accuracy and quality control.

Key Responsibility

n1- Online Research & Data Verificationn

- Perform basic Google searches to find and verify business information
- Identify and validate phone numbers, websites, addresses, categories

n, and other listing detailsn
- Use sources such as official websites, Google results, and business social media pages

n2- Listing Data Enrichmentn

- Update and enrich existing listings with verified information
- Ensure completeness and consistency across all required listing fields

n3- AI- Assisted Content Creationn

- Use pre-defined AI prompts to generate business descriptions based on available data
- Ensure content is relevant, factual,



and aligned with internal guidelines

n4- Content Quality Check (QC)n

- Review AI-generated content for:
- Grammar and readability
- Accuracy and relevance
- Missing or incorrect information
- Make necessary edits before submission

n5- CMS Upload & Publishingn

- Upload listing data and content into the CMS
- Ensure all mandatory fields are correctly filled
- Publish listings after completing all required checks

n6- Multi Level Quality Assurancen

- Conduct final QC checks to confirm:
- All necessary details are added
- Content is displayed correctly
- CMS technical requirements are met
- Rectify errors before final publishing

nRequired skill & Qualificationn

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform online research and information verification
- Good written English for basic content review and corrections
- Comfort with structured, repetitive tasks
- Basic familiarity with CMS platforms or form-based data entry systems
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet defined targets
