Role: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

We are looking for highly driven sales professionals to convert warm leads into enrollments through consultative selling and video counseling.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
- Connect with 60–70 warm leads daily via calls/video sessions
- Conduct 1:1 video counseling sessions with parents & learners
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right program
- Handle objections, negotiation & closing sales
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (lead to conversion)
- Achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets
- Ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
