Role & responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and automate reports as well as dashboards.

- Create accurate and insightful MIS reports, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Gather, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Build interactive dashboards using Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all functions.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and convert them into meaningful dashboards.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Support audits and compliance requirements by providing accurate data
- Track daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics across business functions.
- Develop Excel Macros/VBA to automate repetitive reporting tasks.
- Use Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc) for advanced analysis, automation, and handling large datasets.
- Write effective SQL queries, automate data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and data validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

3 - 5 yrs of experienced candidate in MIS
