In this role the team member is responsible for the below listed activities. Perform daily health checks and break fix support on monitoring platforms. Configure and maintain central monitoring platforms. Manage new technology integrations into monitoring systems. Reacting to the issues with effective monitoring and management solutions. Resolve/react to issues raised by customer. Respond to the issues on timely manner as agreed to the customer. Interact with business user / customers to identify potential customer requirements. He/she should have good logical skills and experience in delivering quality output. Provide solutions to customer issues and suggest developers for improvements/enhancements. Should have strong debugging skills. Being a team player and adhering to project timelines. Basic IT experience in RPA projects. Basic SQL and .net knowledge Domain knowledge - Healthcare, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing Valuable interpersonal communication skills. Must be a self-starter which require limited supervision/guidance Graduate degree in Computer Science Certification related to RPA
