We are now strengthening our International Sales team and inviting proven tiles sales professionals who have experience working with channel partners, distributors, projects, architects, and large buyers, and who are excited about traveling globally, building new markets, and developing long-term international business relationships.
This is an opportunity to build markets with ownership, authority, and leadership visibility, not just manage existing sales.
Position Snapshot
· Role: Senior Sales Manager – International Markets (Tiles)
· Experience: 10+ years overall | 5+ years in international tiles sales
· Location: Gurgaon (Sector 44)
· Travel: Extensive international travel (Middle East, Europe, Africa, etc.)
· Reporting To: Senior Leadership / Export Head
The Opportunity
This role is not for desk sellers.
This is for hunters, market builders, and global dealmakers who:
· Can open countries from scratch
· Build long-term distributor relationships
· Command respect across cultures
· Think like a business owner, not just a salesperson
- Have strong experience in tiles sales across channel partners, projects, architects, and large buyers
- Are open to extensive international travel and short-term relocation when required to develop markets
- Are comfortable driving in international markets, having an international driving license will be an added advantage

Your Key Responsibilities
Global Market Expansion
· Develop new international markets
· Appoint and nurture exclusive importers, distributors & channel partners
· Strengthen presence in existing export territories
Business Growth & Revenue Leadership
· Drive export sales growth and achieve aggressive targets
· Build sustainable, profitable long-term businesses in each market
· Negotiate pricing, volumes, and commercial terms with confidence
On-Ground Market Development
· Travel extensively for client meetings, exhibitions, and dealer development
· Represent Qutone at global trade fairs and industry platforms
· Personally lead key account relationships
Strategy to Execution
· Convert market insights into actionable sales strategies
· Launch new collections aligned to local market demand
· Work closely with leadership on country-wise growth plans
Cross-Functional Coordination
· Collaborate with production, planning, logistics & documentation teams
· Ensure timely dispatches, quality consistency, and customer satisfaction
Who Will Succeed in This RoleIf You Are Someone Who:
· Brings 10+ years of solid sales experience, including 5+ years in the tiles industry, with strong exposure to channel partner sales, dealer networks, project sales, and architect relationships (export procedures can be professionally trained)
· Has personally built and scaled dealer / distributor / channel partner networks,
with hands-on experience in appointments, negotiations, territory planning, and long-term relationship management.
· Is comfortable traveling overseas frequently and relocating for short durations when required to develop markets
· Speaks excellent English (additional languages are a plus)
· Understands tiles, slabs, pricing, formats, and market dynamics deeply
· Is confident dealing with importers, distributors, architects & large retailers
· Is self-driven, commercially sharp, and hungry to build something big.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
