We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to join our growing team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

nProcurement & Vendor Coordinationn

- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Maintain vendor database and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms where applicable

nInventory & Material Managementn

- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records
- Coordinate material movement with warehouse and production teams
- Initiate procurement for low-stock items
- Support stock audits and reconciliation

nLogistics & Dispatchn





- Arrange transportation for inbound and outbound materials
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries
- Provide dispatch updates to internal teams and client

nDocumentation & Reportingn

- Prepare GRNs, delivery challans, and related documents
- Maintain accurate procurement and dispatch records
- Generate weekly/monthly reports

Internal Coordination

n

- Collaborate with Production, Sales, Accounts, HR, and Projects teams
- Support management with supply chain insights and data

What We’re Looking For

n

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Positive understanding of supply chain & procurement processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (ERP knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Vendor negotiation skills (preferred)
