We are inviting applications for the role of Manager -Record to Report!
n
In this role, we require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in Record to Report - You shall lead a while ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI, review team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis and other requests, handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis, in accordance to the deadlines, work well with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues,
be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the significant process, be a people’s manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team Detailed Responsibilities • Team handling experience and experience of performing RTR month end close

- Provide R2R transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness daily
- Process Standard Monthly Journal
- Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation
- Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review
- Execute projects detail work and ensure all reporting requirement are met.
- Ensure all activities on the MEC are updated.
- Review/Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation
- Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team Lead
- Assist and support the Team Leads in the implementation of project initiatives e.g. CERPs,
- Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service.
- Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times.
- Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible and proactive manner.
- Identify, recommend and implement solutions upon Team Leads confirmation for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support new and existing team members through accurate knowledge transfer; sharing of resource, knowledge and experience and standard methodology thereby ensuring quality is maintained through any staff transition.
- Strong Analytical skills to understand process issues and provide solution basis on process requirements.
- Drive Continuous improvements by quality initiatives. Others • Ensure all SLAs/KPIs are met as per agreed in client contract.
- SOPs to referred while processing and all recent changes are updated immediately.
- Errors are reported on the error tracker on daily basis.
- All knowledge gaps are reported to Team Lead to seek guidance.

Minimum Qualifications • CA/CWA/CIMA/CPA/M.Com / MBA/ B.Com Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Good Written/Verbal Communication • MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros, PowerBi • Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel

- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
- IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office
