Job Summary:

Urban Shelters is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager for our interior sector. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely procurement for ongoing interior works.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Manage procurement of interior materials (furniture, fixtures, finishes, etc.)

n

Identify and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

n

Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of materials

n

Maintain vendor relationships and develop new suppliers

n

Monitor inventory and coordinate with project/site teams

n

Prepare purchase orders and track procurement budgets

n

Requirements:

n

Proven experience in procurement within the interior or construction field

n

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

n

Knowledge of interior materials and market rates

n

Good communication and coordination abilities

n

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)

n

Salary: As per experience
